Fluent in English and Spanish, Alvaro provides bilingual services in DC and MD. After more than a decade in the non-profit sector, Alvaro is an excellent advocate and negotiator who works diligently on behalf of his clients. For Alvaro, his work isn’t just about making a sale. His excellent interpersonal skills allow him to cultivate genuine connections with his clients which often develop into friendships.
In addition, Alvaro owns AB Novel Interiors, a home staging and décor company. As the company’s lead stager, he prides himself in providing premier home staging services for REALTORS, homeowners, developers, and investors without the heavy price tag.
Alvaro combines his natural talent for decorating and styling with his formal training in home staging to create beautiful spaces that highlight the best aspects of a home. He brings a modern and sophisticated styling approach that works for any space, style, and budget.
Alvaro is certified as a Staging Design Professional™ through Staging Studio, one of the very few certification programs in the country that is fully accredited by the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA).
Whether wearing his REALTOR'S hat or his home stager’s hat, Alvaro understands the market, current trends, and exactly what it takes to add value to a home.
On his time off, Alvaro enjoys dancing, traveling, spending time with friends, and going on hikes with his husband and their pup, Toby.
