Amazing real estate agent! We had an unusual type of mortgage program, so Dustin did research about it at the beginning, then kept working with us to explore all the features and requirements to stay in line with the program. Many other REALTORS may not agree to deal with new programs that they haven't heard of before. With our limited experience in mortgages and the type of mortgage program we had, all that was required from Dustin was to be very involved in a deep level of detail to make the purchase happen. Our mortgage required us to do a long list of repairs to buy this house, and this house was as is typical, so Dustin was presented during the repair as the owner of the house required that. That was very time-consuming, Dustin had to do his work while he is keeping an eye on work. Dustin was involved in three-way meetings, several direct phone calls, and extensive email traffic with the lender and the owner's rep. Dustin had to issue several addends to reflect the updates in the purchasing process. He negotiated the price and ask me to write a letter to the owner that was the reason for the big discount that we got at the end. Dustin went up and down using all his great negotiating skills to get the best for us. He even made the seller give us an appliance warranty that wasn't part of the original deal. It was a very exciting experience that we went through, and this person made it legally safe and successful. Finally, I would like to say that this guy acted as a lawyer for us during the process while he did get just a REALTOR fee.

Dustin is top-notch! We attempted to sell our house with a "top dog REALTOR," who miserably failed. After meeting Dustin, he was confident that he could get the job done, which others failed at. Dustin sold our house in 24 hours. The other REALTOR couldn't get it sold in 5 months! Dustin then found us an incredible house for our family, in our desired neighborhood at the perfect price point. Had it not been for Dustin's commitment to his clients, we would not have gotten our new home. Our new home is in a very hot real estate market. The home went live on the MLS at 8 pm. Dustin had us in the house to see it at 9 pm, and the contract to the sellers by midnight that night. Needless to say, he works efficiently! The sellers received multiple other offers. During settlement, the sellers said they selected us because they felt confident because of how quickly we provided them with anything that they asked. Then it came time for settlement. Things couldn't get any messier. I ended up with a severe infection, which landed me in the intensive care unit, in full isolation for 14 days. This is where Dustin not only went above and beyond, I don't know that anyone else would have pulled this off. Dustin was able to bring the settlement attorneys to the hospital, to make the deal close, making sure we didn't lose out on the amazing deal he negotiated for us. Dustin was an incredible agent to work with. He was prompt, punctual, well-informed, and communicative. He oversaw both purchasing our single-family home and then selling our townhome.
